Error 'TCVirtualTable.OptFieldIndexOF:VTable is not loaded - PROJECT' When Attempting to Login to P6 Professional Using CloudConnect (Doc ID 2298125.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to login to P6 Professional using CloudConnect, the following error occurs.

Exception EVirtualTableError in module PM.exe at 00743540. TCVirtualTable.OptFieldIndexOF:VTable is not loaded - PROJECT

The P6 CloudConnect log contains multiple entries similar to the following:

          Field value overflow: ActualSize=42 MaxSize=40

 

Additional symptom: Attempting to import an XER project file from another database fails with Risk Category errors.

 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch P6 Professional.
2. Enter in the login credentials and click OK.
3. View the reported error.

NOTE: In addition to login errors, bad RISKTYPE data can cause overall performance issues in P6 Professional.
