Symptoms

 NIR Approval Notifications are not sent out, however NIR Definition workflow is working fine.

User defined workflow in use, no Rule-Based work flow is in effect.

Fault in SOA Composite EgoChangeObjectsComposite : JBO-25009: Cannot create an object of type:java.sql.Timestamp from type:java.lang.String with value:A: Timestamp format must be yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss[.fffffffff]
