ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

R12 Mobile - Around Me feature not working

Around me search not identifying nearby accounts in the map view in Mobile. Have tried after running the ESS job Populate Lat and Long.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Accounts and contacts should populate

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. open Mobile app and select Around Me
2. lookup contacts in vicinity


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the around me app
