Goal

Trying to setup BPM rule.

Creator -> Supervisor -> Cost center Manager

It is only taking supervisor level, It is ignoring Cost center rule for Expenses.

We have enable at Rule Level, Advance Rule Level, rule Set Level, Stage Level.

Cost Center Manager defined at Manage Departments.
