Symptoms

When clicking on 'My Account' in BI Publisher the following error is observed:

Error information
Servlet Name : JspServlet

The request URI: /pref.jsp

The exception message: Failed to compile JSP /pref.jsp pref.jsp:218:43: AdminUtils cannot be resolved String _sessionToken = UIUtils.cleanXss(AdminUtils.handleSetToken(request)); ^-------^ Exception Type : weblogic.servlet.jsp.CompilationException

Steps to Duplicate:

  1. Login to BI Publisher
  2. Select the drop-down next to your username on the upper right hand corner
  3. Select 'My Account'
  4. Observe Error
