PBCS: Import Data Stops After 1000 Incorrect Data Records (Doc ID 2305990.1)

If an import file has incorrect data over 1000 like unknown members in POV, PBCS stops to read data after detecting 1000 incorrect data.

This has started after application of release 17.08 to the environment.
