Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Create and Manage Journals

When attempting to reverse journals
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

A journal header can only be reversed if it is marked for reversal and was not yet reversed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Journal
2. Post Journal
3. Reverse Journal
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to reverse journals
