Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Landed Cost Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Manage Charge Associations UI, the Invoice associated to TO cannot be searched.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To be able to associate charge invoice associations.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Trade Operation, add freight charge lines to material PO
2.Run process Associate invoice to TO charges
3. In manage Invoice Association Ui search for the Invoice

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete LCM process.
