Symptoms

A logo is associated to a message template through a variable (e.g. {Other.CompanyLogos1}) and shows fine in Recruiting, however when the candidate receives the correspondence it displays a different logo / image.

This can impact any message template, including offer letters, and cannot be reproduced systematically, it is an intermittent issue.
