On ECEX-TEST: 11.12.1.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to Search and setup employees as Resources
customer is unable to search employees in Resource Directory to set them up as Resources. They have verified the employee role has been assigned and have also tried with assigning "Resource" role.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
They should be able to identify the users loaded as Resources
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud
2. Navigate to Resource Directory
3. Click Identify Resources
4. Search for the user -> Not found
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, admin cannot define resources in the system
