On : Release 12 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When attempting to run quick pay for an employee, the following error is encountered

ERROR
The requested actions cannot be processed for this person because either an earlier task is incomplete or a later task is completed. Completed the incomplete task or rollback the completed task.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Payroll calculations
2. Run Quickpay
3. Submit process for employee
4. Error message displayed
