Symptoms

When attempting to run via Scheduled Processes the Delete Cost Transactions: Generate Report the following error occurs.

JBO-25002: Definition or oracle:apps. projects.costing.transactions.onestop.publicEssModel.viewPjcDeleteCostTxnsBIPJobParmaterVO of type View Definitions is not found

Can be replicated will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Scheduled Processes
2. Search and Find Delete Cost Transactions Process - note there are no parameters.
3. Submit
