Data Not Loaded In Planning Application When Using Data Management To Load Data AND Generated Zero KB Dat file in OutBox folder (Doc ID 2312858.1)

Symptoms

Issue : When loading data in Planning using Data Management, the process completes without any errors but the data does not get loaded in Planning.

++ No errors have been indicated in the Process log and ErpIntegrator logs

++ Import ,Validate and Export are working fine(Showed as Gold Fish)

++ In Outbox folder , Data file generating as Zero KB(0 KB)( Donot contain any data)
++ TDATASEG.CURRKEY is blank for that load.

Note: Symptoms are same for On-Prem and Cloud Base loads.
