Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Territory Management, Quotas

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Opportunity territory assignment is not working

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Opportunities in the Country should be assigned to a Territory with a specific user assigned on the Team.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud
2. Opportunities> open one
3. change a value and Save, should assign a territory and the user on the team but doesn't

BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot assign territories and teams to opportunities.
