Error: "No tasks meet your filter selection." When Accessing Tasks From Team Member (Doc ID 2313460.1)

When attempting to view activities in Team Member, the following error occurs:

No tasks meet your filter selection.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open IE 11 and login to P6 Team Member
2. Go to 'My Tasks'
3. Error is displayed

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the activities in P6 Team Member.
