ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Approvals are setup based on Absence Type name, but approval transactions that initiated in a different language are failing because it is not finding the appropriate routing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When approvals are setup based on Absence Type name, the transactions should be translated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the system with a different language.
2. Navigate to Time > Maintain Absence Records.
3. Submit an absence and review status.
4. Change language to English.
5. Submit the same absences that failed.
6. Review status and approve as manager.
7. Will be approved.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot submit absences when logged into the system with a different language. Customer has over 20 countries and it affecting these users.
