Symptoms

 When attempting to upload a Chart of Accounts hierarchy using the FBDI spreadsheet the following error occurs:

 

Steps

1. Populate FBDI spreadsheet 'Segment Values and Hierarchies Interface'
2. Run Load Interface File For Import process
3. Run Import Segment Values And Hierarchies
4. Import fails
