There Was an Error Processing Your download When Trying to Export an OTBI Analysis to Excel, Word, PDF

When trying to Export an OTBI Analysis, using Excel 2007, an error appears

  'There was an error processing your download.
  Please check with your administrator'

This can happen for one report, or several, and can happen when exporting to Excel, Word, PDF, etc.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an analysis with a custom logo in the header.
2. Run it.  Try to export to excel.
3. Notice the error in the UI.  Check the sawlog.log for further errors.

Due to this issue, users cannot get the Analysis in the desired format.
