Timesheet Approval and Rejection Emails Not Being Received From P6 EPPM Cloud After Email Is Configured

Timesheet approval options in Staging environment. When selected the email notification on reject, the timesheet user never receives the email.
User should receive emails
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 EPPM.
2. Select timesheet to approve or reject.
3. Select 'Email notification on reject'.
4. Issue occurs.
