Symptoms
On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Manage Expenses-Approve Expense Report
A user receives the following error when trying to create Expense Report:

ADF_FACES-60097: For more information, please see the server´s error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #9
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Expense Report.
2. Create Expense Line; see that the above mentioned error occurs.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is unable to create Expense Report.
