HCM Data Loader: FTE Value not Populated Even Though the Parameter "SET CALCULATE_FTE Y" is Set (Doc ID 2314998.1)

Symptoms

After loading records into HCM Cloud Service using the HCM Data Loader, the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) value is not populated when viewing the 'Manage Employment' details of the employee who has been loaded in the HCM Cloud Application.  The records are loaded via the Worker.dat file and the parameter "SET CALCULATE_FTE Y" is set at the top of the Worker.dat file
