On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Manage Expenses-Manage Credit Card Data
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

MasterCard transactions have Unassigned Card validation status
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Credit cards should be automatically assigned
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Employee Matching Rule for New Cards to 'Employee Number' in the Corporate Card program setup for MasterCard
2. Cards are still imported as Unassigned even though Employee ID in MasterCard file matches Person Number in Fusion
