On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Manage Project Costs-Allocate Project Costs

Chart of Accounts' project segment to Oracle Projects integration

We have project segment in Our chart of account segment. User directly creates JVs in GL module for adjustment in Accounts.
Is there any possibility that these created transactions can reflects in Projects module?
Please note that project segment in chart of accounts are of independent value type.
