Fusion Global HR: Can Success/Error Notification from HCM Extract Be Sent to a Group of Users (Doc ID 2321304.1)

Goal

 

The request is to send success/failure notifications of HCM Extract to the group of users. The functionality appears to work for single users who are sent the notification email.

Refine Extract > Edit > Go To Task > Next > Owner Check List

Owner Type: User
Owner: User name (who wants to receive the notification email)

But, we have tried using roles but roles do not send any notification to the users who have the particular role.

Refine Extract > Edit > Go To Task > Next > Owner Check List

Owner Type: Group
Owner: Human Capital Management and Integration Specialist (Note: Assigned the role to multiple users)
