You have subscriptions to both FCCS and TRCS and you are attempting to set up a link within FCCS to connect directly to TRCS. You have followed the setup steps from Chapter 3 of the "Administering Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud" document (, but when validating the link, you get "Unknown Error". You are able to succesfully connect directly to TRCS in a separate browser.
