Purpose
The following things may be evident or represent what the user is trying to accomplish:
- The job-specific acknowledgement letter is sent to the candidate before the submission is completed.
- Acknowledgement email is sent too soon to candidate.
- Letter sent before end of the application flow.
- Thank you letter sent to agent before referral is completed
