Symptoms

When attempting to plan orders using PCMILER, the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Order
2. Plan Order via Order Management > Order Release > Order Release > Actions > Operational Planning > Create Buy Shipment > Bulk Plan - Buy
3. Bulk Plan fails to plan into a shipment
