Symptoms

When attempting to process the new hire life event,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
An error occurred in the eligibility engine. Contact your benefits administrator for a review of the audit log and trace files. (BEN-990099) The eligibility process could not retrieve the eligibility record. Try backing out the life event and reprocessing.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Benefits administrator
2. Process a life event.
