Symptoms

Public site mapped to custom host name will not render over internal company IPv4 network.
- It will only render for IPv6.

This is impacting the public site which can only be rendered/accessed via the service URL https://cec-a123450.sites.us2.oraclecloud.com/publicsite/ which is both IPv4 and IPv6.
