Symptoms
You find that the BIRoles are not in sync between OTM and FTI.
Initially you have an OTM user with BI Role BIAdministrator and BIConsumer.
In order to restrict the reports available to the SERVPROV, you have removed these 2 roles and added only the BIRole SERVPROV but in FTI these 2 BIRoles are still assigned to the user.
