ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

FTE Value incorrect when completing a global transfer
When completing a global transfer using the 'Copy Primary Assignment functionality' the FTE is incorrect. For example prior to transfer the FTE is .9 after transfer (all primary asg. details copied) the FTE is noted as 1. Standard Hours is set at the Enterprise level.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Business Requirement: Global Transfer of an employee with FTE <> 1 and
Copy Primary Assignment Data = Yes.
Step 1: Login to the application. Navigate to Person Management. Enter the Person ID of the employee for Global Transfer with the above criteria
Step 2: On Management Employment Tab, select ‘Update’ option from the Edit drop down in the Assignment area. Enter the appropriate Effective Start Date.
Action = Global Transfer
Copy Primary Assignment Data = Yes
Step 3: Click on OK. Select existing Assignment Status as required and click on OK
Step 4: Enter the required Identification and Person Information data and click on next to go to Employment Information.
Step 5: Verify the FTE value in Assignment tab.
The FTE is defaulted as 1.
Expected value = 0.9. If Working hours is manually entered, then the correct FTE is reflected.
