On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Manage Benefits

When attempting to process open enrollment for an EE,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The person has an active life event. Close or resolve the active life event before processing this life event. (BEN-990284)
Potential life event {POTENTIAL_LIFE_EVENT_NAME}, occurred date {POTENTIAL_EVENT_OCCURRED_DATE}. Active life event {ACTIVE_LIFE_EVENT_NAME}, occurred date {ACTIVE_EVENT_OCCURRED_DATE}.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enrollment
2.Process Open Enrollment
