Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
The longitude and latitude coordinates that are being generated by Sales Cloud, is not the same coordinates that are Google Maps shows for the same address.

1. The latitude and longitude given by Geocoding process return a different address in Google maps.

The issue has the following business impact: The longitude and latitude values which are given, are not correct, and are showing incorrectly in the mobile app / Google Maps.
