Symptoms

When deleting a project in P6 Professional, the following error occurs:

Event Code: ITO-3539-A
Message: Invalid transaction Object

Note: This error is typically preceded by a PRMDB Error (PRM DBAccess Error) on the first attempt to delete a project, which contains more context about the underlying issue.
