Goal

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Manage Invoices-Audit Invoices

Update 1099 Income Tax Type on paid invoice

For individual invoices that may need to be updated, user is unable to update the Income Tax Type on the Invoice line/distribution of a paid invoice
