On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

Getting error while trying to update Party Number using soap Web services

The Issue is Integration User is able change the Vales of this field from UI successfully.
But using soap web services if we are using Integration User credentials to update Registry ID
field values we are getting error as below.
