Symptoms

When attempting to import an XML in P6 web 17.7 Oracle Cloud environment, the import failed with below error in the P6WebAccess log:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login P6 client
2. Import a specific XML file
3. Import will fail and above error will be able to find in the import log
