PRC:SSP:Clicking On Punchout Catalog Throws An Error - POR-2010063 Error Code 201 (Doc ID 2328965.1)

Symptoms

On clicking Punchout Catalog in Shopping page the following Error occurs. 


ERROR

An error occurred in communicating to the punchout site defined in the catalog XXXXX. Contact the Procurement application administrator. (POR-2010063)
There is an exception opening the URL connection or sending data to the punchout site. The error code is 201


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Procurement > Purchase Requisition
2. Click on the punchout catalog and get the error
