Symptoms
The error ORA-06510: PL/SQL unhandled user-defined exception ORA-06512 mesagge appears during the save process after the Add Open Receivables process

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Manage Receipt
2. Add open receivables
3. Save
