When attempting to change a user's application access in the P6 Cloud Administration Tool, the following error occurs:

0 users processed successfully, 1 user(s) failed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Cloud Admin Tool
  2. Change the application access for one or more users
  3. Attempt to save changes
  4. The error message is thrown
