Symptoms

When attempting to create a PO Receipt in My Receipt UI, the following error occurs.

ERROR

The combination ID is not valid (FND-3103)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to My Receipt UI
2. Searched for PO
3. Select the line and click on the Receive button
4.The above error message appears
