Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

When attempting to enter bank details on Manage Personal Payment method.
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
a). "The party Identified by the specified party ID does not exist"
b). "Attribute AccountOwnerPartyId is required".


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to "Manage Personal Payments Methods"
2. Add bank details
3. See the errors:
a). "The party Identified by the specified party ID does not exist"
b). "Attribute AccountOwnerPartyId is required".

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are Unable to enter bank details on Manage Personal Payment method.>.
