Error 'Event Code EEQEO-2280-9' When Opening More Than 1000 Projects at Once (Doc ID 2333979.1)

Symptoms

When connecting to the P6 database using the Cloud Connect driver, applying a filter that includes over 1000 projects, and opening all of the filtered projects at once, users encounter the following error:

Event Code: EEQEO-2280-9
Message: Error executing query. Error: ORA-01795: maximum number of expressions in a list is 1000

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the P6 Client using the Cloud Connect driver.
2. Select the Projects view and apply a filter that includes more than 1000 projects.
3. Open all projects.
