Retail Cloud: Setup User Admin Access / Backup Service Administrators (Doc ID 2334127.1)

Goal

During the initial environment setup for your Retail Cloud product(s), a Service Administrator (Admin) will have been created.  The Admin has the ability to create new users for the Retail Cloud product(s).  

As per the Service Administrator Action List, it is recommended to select Backup Service Administrators in case the initial Administrator can no longer fulfill the role, for whatever reason.  Thus, please follow the below steps to create other Admin users for the Retail Cloud Services.
