Symptoms

There is an error when attempting to authenticate using the Company Sign-on feature when attempting to login to https://myservices.us2.oraclecloud.com or https://<service>-<domain>.sites.us2.oraclecloud.com/authsite/<site name>/

The customer recently updated their token signing and decrypting certificates in their Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) environment which will require new certificates to be updated in the Identity Domain SSO configuration for SSO functionality to work as expected.
