ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Review Inventory Valuation UI Hyperlinks showing different values when click open the "value" hyperlinks.
For example if the costed value total is x, click on the costed value hyperlink and quantity/totals dont match.
Details
Item : XXXXX
Quantity : 39
Hyperlink -Inventory Organization Quantity Details : 5.0000
Further verfied that Inventory Valuation Report shows these same values that
clicking on the hyperlinks show. however, the layer inventory valuation
report still considers distributions that are in error.
Review Cost Distributions UI shows few records for item XXXXX in error.
