Symptoms

On Applications 11.12.1.0.0:
When attempting to add a note on AR invoice, the following error occurs.

-- Error
Notes aren't saved and thereby aren't visible after you return to your transaction, neither are they visible for other users.

 -- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Create AR invoice
2. Select the Notes button and add a text
3. Save an close the invoice
4. Review the invoice - Notes are not available
