Company Administrator Not Able to Provision New Users to Partner Company (Doc ID 2336390.1)

Symptoms

A Cloud Administrator is not able to create and provision users via the Cloud Administration application to the Unifier environment.

While diagnosing the problem the Cloud Administration application logs were reviewed and the following error was found during the user creation/provisioning activity:

"Assigning Application Access failed : PrimaveraUnifierProduction due to Error while creating user :[User Organization is not existed in Application.]"
