Spouse Contact issue for Empl XXXXXXX
We have encountered an issue with Empl XXXXXXX spouse Contact.
In Manage Person we see this spouse contact created only once with out any duplicates.
When we are trying to enroll this empl for Associate + Spouse option for any plan with Open Life event, we see the spouse contact is seen multiple times.
We have tried deleting the contact and re creating, Purged life events, Voided and reprocessed New hire and then reprocessed Open. But the result is same. I don't see spouse contact multiple times for new hire but any life event which occurs after that is seen with spouse contact multiple times.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Employee should only show 1 Spouse as a contact
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Benefits > Enrollments
2. Make elections for the employee and same spouse shows 3 times under the dependents tab.
