Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Blanks on Seeded Benefits Extract

When the seeded file comes out there is a complete blank in both the medical and dental that has the following tag sequence:

<Subscriber><SubscriberType><SubscriberTypeCode>Employment</SubscriberTypeCode></SubscriberType><Person/></Subscriber>

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Benefit Extract should not contain blank rows.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go To Benefits > Evaulation and Reporting
2. Click Submit to submit a new extract process
3. Select Cigna or CIGNA Medical as the carrier to be extracted
4. Files are generated
5. Download files from SFTP and observe included blank record.
